Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the authentication letter.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that we will need some sort of tracking/reference number in order to know when and which order is yours. If you cannot provide this tracking number to us within 14 days of shipping us the item we will not provide you with a return due to not being able to verify that you send the item.
We also require that you add a note with your postcode, email, and the order number within the parcel.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please note it can take up to 14 working days for your money to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item free of charge. We will not pay for return shipping of the unwanted item (unless damaged). We will have to have the item returned before we ship out the exchanged item. Any difference in value will be refunded or an invoice will be sent.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Extra shipping costs (such as 1st Class/Priority Shipping are non-refundable).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once we have received your product it may take us up to 7 working days to process it.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it we cannot give a refund.
If your item arrived damaged/defective then we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return your item.
Please note if you decide to return your item and pay for your own shipping we will allow for up to £3.00 (if applicable). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
